IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small business, we consider all sales final. However, we do understand that there are special circumstances that arise and we will do all we can to accommodate those situations - sometimes you purchase a gift for someone and need the option to allow the recipient to exchange for a different size, color, etc. and therefore a 7-day store credit or exchange with an original receipt and intact packaging is permitted. Limit one exchange or store credit per purchase. Breakable items cannot be returned upon leaving the shop. Discounted items are final sale. No returns or exchanges on special order items. Due to processing fees, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE
If an item is damaged upon receiving, we ask that you kindly email us a picture to hello@mossandembers.com within 2 days from the date of delivery of your order. You are our first priority and we will take care of it. Please know we take pride in packaging our items with care, though sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping. We do our best to make sure this does not happen frequently and will work diligently to get the item replaced.
