HIC Kitchen's Non-Stick Meat Tenderizer with a dual-head design helps elevate otherwise tough cuts of meat to a higher culinary standard. The toothed head breaks up tough meat fibers for a more tender meat texture and the plain head flattens meat to a consistent thickness to cook evenly. It's balanced for even strikes during use. For best results, trim away excess fat and chill meat in the freezer for about 30-minutes (not long enough to freeze). Always place a cutting board under the meat to protect countertops. Work both sides of the meat to a consistent thickness and texture, working thicker areas more than thinner areas, without breaking all the way through.
