To roll out dough to the correct thickness you need, use the right rolling pin for the job! With its exquisite, natural acacia wood construction, the ironwood™ rolling pins, allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4", making it ideal for large sheets of pasta or cookie dough, when re-rolls need to be kept to a minimum.
The fixed handle design provides you with the most control and intimacy possible, so pressure and maneuverability are no longer an issue. Always know exactly how hard your pressing down and easily keep track of the dough's thickness. The handles allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4" due to difference between the width of the handle and width of the barrel on each pin. Keep your dough's fate right at the palm of your hands.
