The u'Select system can be used to select the required salt grind size in a single motion. The design transforms the Paris mill into a true work of art.

This iconic mill is manufactured, painted and assembled in the heart of France's Franche-Comté region and combines an eye-catching look with ingenuity to treat the senses and taste buds alike. The case-hardened steel mechanism comes with a lifetime warranty and has been designed to reveal the pepper's full aromas. Thanks to the patented u'Select grind adjustment system, you can also easily select the grind size best suited to your taste. Turn the adjustment ring at the base of the grinder to 1 for an extremely fine grind or 6 for a coarser grind.
