Preseasoned and ready to use, this cast iron pan turns out six cornbreads, quick breads or cookies with charming corncob detail. Silicone grips on the handles make it easy to carry from kitchen to table. The pan is made by Lodge – America's oldest family-owned cookware foundry, established in 1896.

 

  • Heavyweight cast iron provides exceptionally even heating.
  • Naturally nonstick surface is toxin-free.
  • Preseasoned for smooth finish that resists sticking and rust.
  • Silicone grips on handles facilitate easy carrying and serving; angled feet keep pan even during baking.
  • 10 1/2" x 6" x 1 1/4" high; 14 1/4" wide including handles.
  • 1 1/2-cup cap.

Use

  • Not for stovetop use.
  • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
  • To season after each use, clean pan, remove silicone grips, then apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
  • Handles can become very hot. Always use pot holders or gloves when handling.

Care

  • Hand-wash pan with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
  • Silicone grips can be removed for cleaning.
  • Store in dry location.
