Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 12-15 minutes.  Stir often to prevent sticking.\n2.\tWhen noodles are cooked through to your desired consistency, turn heat off and stir through the ½ cup of cheddar cheese.\n3.\tFor a creamy version of this skillet add the sour cream at this point and stir till completely blended into the skillet meal.  Cover and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
